Is a deposit required to reserve my date?
We require a  deposit to formally book your date. This guarantees you the type of booth that you requested and ensures that a booth will be held for your event. 

When is the final payment due?
We require final payment 10 days prior to the event. If full payment has not been received by the due date, additional charges may apply.

Do you charge extra for setup and teardown time?
No. If you have hired us for 4 hours and your event goes until 10 P.M., our photo booth will be completely set up and ready to go no later than 6 P.M. If you require additional time, we charge $100 per half hour for overtime. Furthermore, if you require the booth to be set up by 4pm but not running till 6pm, we charge a modest $25 per hour for idle time. So this example would cost an extra $50.

Are prints included with your rental rates?
Yes they are. Each photo booth session takes four pictures which are then printed seconds later for your guests to keep.  The Table Top Photo Booth prints two identical strips for every session.  With the Eventure Photo Booth each session prints on our exclusive Tear-n-Share format.  So if 2 people go into the booth each will get their own strip to keep. Up to 4 people can fit in the Eventure booth and all four get a copy of the photo strip!  No arguing over who gets to keep a copy!  Our rental rates include unlimited sessions during your contracted time for either the Table Top or Eventure Portable Photo Booths..

Can we choose color or B&W prints?
Yes.  With the Table Top Photo Booth you choose in advance of the party whether guests will get color or B&W Photo Strips.  With the Eventure Portable Photo Booth your guests are free to choose from Color, B&W or Sepia tone.

Does our rental include a photo booth attendant?
Yes. A professional attendant will be present during the entire rental period  with either the Table Top or the Eventure Photo Booth to help your guests operate and enjoy their photo booth experience. 

Can we have a special message displayed on our index prints?
The Table Top Photo Booth Prints Photo Strips with the CNY Photo Booth logo at the top and the event date at the bottom.  Custom Graphics are not available on the Table Top Booth.  With the Eventure Booth...Absolutely! Most of our clients choose to have their names and a stock graphic printed at the top of their Photo Strips and their event date printed on the bottom of their Photo Strips. However, any unique message you choose can be displayed in this area at no additional charge. Customer provided graphics can also be added if provided in either.jpg or .gif format.  The header area is 261px x 140px and the footer measures 261px x 70px.  Our Graphic Arts department can create a unique logo or graphic for you for an additional fee.

What are the dimensions of your photo booths?
Our Table Top Portable Booth just about anywhere! It measures 7' tall but takes up very little floor space.  We recommend you set aside a 5' x 5' area for the Table Top Photo Booth.  Our Eventure Booth measures approximately 7' tall by 5' wide by 4.5' deep. We recommend a 6'x6' area for the Eventure Booth.

Do you require a damage deposit?
No, unless you instruct to have the photo booth set up outdoors and not covered by an enclosure or tent of some sort. We can provide a tent for an additional fee.  If no tent is provided or rented we require a $500 damage deposit in addition to your rental charge.

Do you have any suggestions on choosing an area for the photo booths?
We recommend that you try and position the photo booth as close to the action as possible. This has proven much better then in a different room away from the party where it is likely to be used less frequently by you and your guests.  Our fully trained attendants will locate the booth in the best possible location to optimize lighting and guest traffic.  We are always willing to visit your location with you to discuss the placement of your photo booth.

We are 100% committed to being GREEN! Our Digital Photo Booths do not use any of the chemicals associated with the old time Photo Process booths.  There are none of the Chemical smells and no toxic chemicals to dispose of.  Where possible we use recycled paper of the highest quality and always use recycled cartridges in our printing process.  All of the electronic components meet the strict Energy Star guidelines

YES! We do Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah, and Corporate events . Corporate planners love to have a photobooth available for a party favor. Sometimes the Event planner will use the photobooth for corporate brand recognition. Either way, we all agree that having a photo booth at your Wedding, Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah, or party as a unique instant photography favor, is a great way to enhance your evening.
